Mission 

The Department of Business Administration is committed to following the developments in the field of business management and developing and implementing the information it obtains.It provides students with current and high-quality education by reflecting the knowledge and experiences it obtains to its undergraduate and graduate programs.In addition, it contributes to increasing the students’ level of knowledge in the areas that business life requires short-term training programs. The Department tries to raise undergraduate students as modern individuals who are equipped with the knowledge and skills required by the business science, who can communicate in any environment, question and defend their views, know at least one foreign language and have entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

1. The most important value of the Department of Business is people. Therefore:

  • The academic staff who work together toward the mission of the Department are supported in achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • Students are monitored, guided and supported by their academic advisors for their academic and personal development.

2.The Department offers an environment that is based on open communication, where personal opinions and individual differences are respected, and performance is evaluated. 

3. To provide a qualified education, the academic staff of the Department:

  • Updates course schedules.
  • Uses case studies and business examples to maximize student participation in class.
  • Develops and uses teaching techniques that will enable students to learn better.
  • Encourages the students to see the integration of theory and practice by visiting managers and company owners who will support the interaction with the business world.
  • How respect and interest to all students.
